Allows Savage Sling to be triggered from stunning NPCs.

This will allow for the ability, Savage Sling, to be triggered when the NPC is stunned from the player's quick melee hit. This is enabled by Seijax's great mod addition, Buttslinger Quickmelee.
MOD FEATURES
The player can now hit the NPC with the quick melee from a weapon, and immediately grab the target for the Savage Sling throw. You do not need to walk towards the back of the target; you can hit and grab immediately.
All of the following are configurable via the SavageStunConfig.reds file. Configure to enabled (true) or disabled (false).
Perk Required - Determines if the Savage Sling perk is required for this mod to work. Useful if you want to go into a different build but don't want to miss out on the fun!
Crouch Included - By default, this mod will not mess with your stealth grabs and subsequent takedowns (so long as you are crouched). Don't care about that stuff? Flip this on to trigger Savage Sling even when crouched.
MaxTac Included - By default, Savage Stun is not available for MaxTac. This can be changed via the config file.
Elite Included - By default, Savage Stun is not available for elite NPCs (skull indicator). This can be changed via the config file.
