DISCLAIMER
I haven't tested it much. Since I don't use any body replacers I don't know if this mod will be working with other bodies, but I assume it should be ok.
DESCRIPTION
This mod changes the color of V's gorilla arms knuckles (thermal, electric and chemical variants included). Should work for Male and Female characters.
You may choose from solid colors and metallic variants. Colors sorted by categories: Color-Mix, Metallic, Metallic-Dim, Solid Colors.

The colors matching Head Link Port Recolors , Wrist Link Recolors and Weapon Grip Device Recolors, but might slightly vary depending on the time of day, lighting and materials.
The mod also contains 3 variant of the Base file, which are necessary for the mod to work. The difference between them is shown on the BASE FILES PREVIEW in the IMAGE section.
Both Hands - the knuckles on both hands would be visible.
With this _Base you can choose for the knuckles on both hands to have the same color, or choose different colors for the knuckles on the left hand and the knuckles on the right hand separately.
If you wish for the knuckles on both hands have same color - use color options from Both Hands Folder (Gorilla Arms Knuckles Recolors).
If you wish different colors - choose colors from the Left Hand and Right Hand folder.
Left Hand –the knuckles on the left hand would be visible, the knuckles on the right hand - hidden. To change colors with this _Base chose colors from Left Hand Folder (Gorilla Arms Knuckles Recolors)
Right Hand –the knuckles on the right hand would be visible, the knuckles on the left hand - hidden. To change colors with this _Base chose colors from Right Hand Folder (Gorilla Arms Knuckles Recolors)
All the _Base files are placed in their respective folders (Both Hands, Left Hand and Right Hand).

INSTALLATION
You should have: ../Cyberpunk 2077/
└─ archive/
└─ pc/
└─ mod/

└─volhitka_GorillaArmsKnuckles_%Color_Option%.archive
[where %Color_Option% is the color you chose]
If you wish to use ANOTHER COLOR option, don't forget to DELETE PREVIOUS volhitka_GorillaArmsKnuckles_%Color_Option%.archive
If you use any BODY REPLACERS or ARMS REPLACERS and recolor doesn't work try load the _Base file from this mod before (higher) than your body mod files.
You can do this manually by renaming "volhitka_GorillaArmsKnuckles_Base.archive" to something like "00_volhitka_GorillaArmsKnuckles_Base.archive" (other prefixes like "aa_" or "b_" etc. are also acceptable, I think, just make sure the _Base file comes before the body replacer ones in the alphabetical order).
Then your mod folder will look something like this:
00_volhitka_GorillaArmsKnuckles_Base.archive
Your Body Mods.archive
volhitka_GorillaArmsKnuckles_%Color_Option%.archive
volhitka_Materials_Set.archive
Depending on how the author of your body replacer changed the hands some clipping might occurs, and some visuals bugs in photo mode with some poses.
UNINSTALLATION
Delete .archive files from your ".../Cyberpunk 2077/archive/pc/mod/"

- Choose ONE _Base option from "Gorilla Arms Knuckles Base"
- Put chosen file into your into your ".../Cyberpunk 2077/archive/pc/mod/ " folder
- Choose ONE color option from "Gorilla Arms Knuckles Recolors" (EXCEPT when you chose Both Hands _Base and wish different colors for the knuckles on the left and right hand)
- Put chosen file into your ".../Cyberpunk 2077/archive/pc/mod/ " folder
You should have: ../Cyberpunk 2077/

└─ pc/
