Not sure why the devs change the blood puddles the way it is now, but i was able to create new files and modify the blood puddle effects to spread vs pulsing off and on!
A lot of experimenting, time, editing, modifying and just so much I did to get it to the way it is now.
Body and Dismembered Limbs will have their own separate puddles.
Created new textures, materials .mi and .mt files that are used within flesh and cyber blood puddle effects
Both flesh and cyber blood puddle durations are 10 mins
Blood puddle will have a flowing look with details from textures I created

I think the puddles could be smaller..... . .. when i find the motivation again Ill make a smaller puddle option. Comment any feedbacks or let me know how you guys like it!! Note, I am not an expert at any of this, Im just an egg still learning my 1+1.
