Proper drift/gymkhana handling for the Ken Block tribute car. The Hoon is now Hoonable.

Features/details:
- Understeers off-throttle, grips/oversteers under accel, countersteer is far more nuanced
- Can scandi flick, manji, 360 etc
- Switched from "large balanced sc" curveset to "med lowcomp bigturbo" curveset for more pronounced power band/boost noises
- Four speed w/ longer gears to have more control over the rev range/power band while avoiding the game's overactive automatic transmission system
- Upgraded to Hoonicorn V2's specs: 1400hp/1250ftlb with a ~180mph top speed (w/ Gripped Up + Realistic Speedo)
- Audio swapped to the more aggressive Barghest Colby sfx
- Handbrake is simply a handbrake, disabled long-press extra braking feature
- Massively increased braking power and front biased
- Disabled/tweaked/custom "helpers"/boosts/limits to give a less hand-holdy feel overall
- Widened stance with a bit of camber all around

First drive will probably feel bad until you get the hang of it, but where's the fun if there's no learning curve? Aggressive driving is required to get the most out of it, it's just the trade off you have to make for decent control under slip conditions. The brakes/e-brake help adjust angle mid-slide as well as extend a slide the same way you would in simcade racers. Best driven without using the gas and brake as on/off switches. Tap the e-brake mid-slide for a smol traction boost, given your angle is low enough this will extend the drift.



Installation:
Extract into game folder. Done. File should end up in r6/tweaks.
My in-game steering sensitivity is set to 75.

A custom ini is recommended to further dial in the driving experience to your preference, I keep mine simple to maximize compatibility so this is all I use:

Created with the VanillaPlus version of my other mod, Gripped Up. It'll work without, it's just not as nimble/fast
Realistic Speedo for obvious reasons
Better Motion Blur Velocity Scaling + Disable Motion Blur For Various Activities for a more "NFS" feel

Compatibility:
Should be compatible with most mods as this only edits records that are unique to the Hoon
Cyber Drift confirmed compatible, though it won't use any of the edited rotation limiters from it
CVO confirmed compatible
CMS should work but not tested

Keyboard?
I did most of the testing on controller but it's surprisingly decent on keyboard in my humble opinion.
