INSTALLATION:

1 - Install required mods !!

2 - Copy file in game directory, overwrite if ask this

3 - Boot game, load save and in game open CET overlay with hotkey. Add vehicles whit menu ( first screenshot )


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

You can use AMM to get the id of any vehicle by looking at it with the target tools enabled... Then just put that in as a command this format:
Game.GetVehicleSystem():EnablePlayerVehicle("Vehicle.id_goes_here", true, false)
