Arm Cyberware and Base Fists now scale with melee attack speed, and running low on stamina will slow your attack speed, just like other melee weapons.

Implements a work-around for the long standing bug that causes Arm Cyberware and the Base Fists to not scale with attack speed.
With Cyclone melee mod, Iconic abilities, Character perks, Microrotors Cyberware, and/or Berserk, you can easily double a Melee Weapons attack speed. Meanwhile, Mantis Blades are sitting in the META trashcan being both slower and lower damage than any other blade weapon with a late game build.
The only thing Mantis Blades did have going for them was no-slowdown for low stamina. This mod fixes both issues.
