Swaps the audio for the Specter with the audio for the EC-T2 R660 to get rid of the loud exhaust backfire.
To install, create a save when you do not have this vehicle summoned. Then exit the game and extract the file to the game folder or install using Vortex. The file should end up in the r6/tweaks/ folder.
