Add functionality to allow for completely custom point maps. You can define how many attribute and/or skill points you gain on a level per level basis.

This very simple mod allows you to set the number of Attribute and Skill Points you gain per level up.

Conditional Point Awarding
If settings.useConditionalPointGain is set to true the function below is used to evaluate if the player should receive points. By default the player receives points if the new level is even (12, 14, 16, etc). The values given are the ones set on settings.attributePointsOnCharacterLevelUp and settings.perkPointsOnCharacterLevelUp. If you know your way around code you can come up with some math wiz to determine if the player should get points.
