- Updated for 2.0! CET isn't updated yet, so don't install CET until it is, and that means the settings menu for this mod is not available. For now you can use default options, or open up the .reds file in a text editor to edit manually. - The default options are that the timer starts automatically, and the time multiplier is 1.0 (no change). Now that there is only one perk that makes this easier, I'm feeling that changing the timer multiplier might not be needed.

This mod replaces my "Shorter Breach Timer and Immediate Start" mod which was a part of Level Scaling and Balance (make sure to delete r6/scripts/shorter_breach_timer_and_immediate_start.reds).
I've made it its own release so that Level Scaling and Balance is more focused and because I've added a new feature to this mod at the same time. This version uses CET/Lua in addition to redscript to take advantage of Native Settings UI. You no longer need to edit a file to set the timer multiplier. Instead it's all in the Mods menu!
What does it do?
It shortens the timer (you set how much!) and makes the timer start automatically (configurable!) to make the minigame more challenging:
Configuration:
This mod is configured from the "Mods" menu in the Settings menu, under the "RMK" or "RMK MODS" tab. This can be done any time, including in the middle of gameplay. Translations for different interface languages are automatic.
A multiplier of 1.0 (the default) means the timer length will be unchanged. By default this mod can only be used to shorten the timer.
To install this mod, extract the zip file into the Cyberpunk 2077 installation folder (the mod files go to "Cyberpunk 2077/bin/x64/plugins/cyber_engine_tweaks/mods/ChallengingBreachMinigame" and "Cyberpunk 2077/r6/scripts/ChallengingBreachMinigame.reds").
