Had to sacrifice the jacket physics for it to work as a regular item for V. The weights on the torso and the skirt are a bit borked but this is the closest I could get to the npc version.
Installation:
Copy the archive file in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod"
This mod will replace River´s Jacket and all its variants available for V
