About this mod
Adds two alternate body scar options, and enables all CC face scars (plus the Streetkid prologue's broken nose, two unused assets & the Subtle Bullet Scar by Soriyumi) for use with the Morphtarget and AnimRig Addition framework. Ever wanted to have more than one face scar? Now you can! Works for both Masc and Fem V.

UPDATED 12/30/2022 - Added an optional file with only spine scars, per request. This is a mesh edit & won't be compatible with anything that edits the scar meshes.
BODY SCARS:
The "More Scars - Body - Geometric and Burn Scars for V" file in this mod edits the app file that calls the player's body scars and simply makes it utilize unused submeshes instead of the vanilla options, giving you access to two different body scar options: Geometric scars as body scar 01, and Burn scars as body scar 02.
This main file does not include any textures or meshes and will be affected by any mods that edit the player's body scar mesh or body scar textures. It will only be compatible with custom-sculped bodies if the appropriate submeshes were refit (submesh2 & submesh3) for the body in question. It works for both frames and all skintones.
I may include future updates to mix 'n match different parts from each body scar option. If you have a specific idea, feel free to leave it in the comments.
TO INSTALL:
- Place JSILVERHVND_MoreScars.archive in your Cyberpunk 2077/archive/pc/mod folder.
TO UNINSTALL:
- Remove JSILVERHVND_MoreScars.archive from your Cyberpunk 2077/archive/pc/mod folder.
FACE SCARS:
All 9 face scar options from the character creator have been made available using NoraLee's Morphtarget and AnimRig Additions framework, plus the broken nose and "fixed" broken nose from the Streetkid prologue quest, two additional unused scars & the Subtle Bullet Scar created by Soriyumi. Each option is available for slots 01-10 of the Morphtarget and AnimRig framework, allowing you to mix 'n match them to your heart's desire. Face scars require the Morphtarget and AnimRig Additions main file in order to work.
None of the scars in this mod will be affected by scar texture edits/replacer mods. If you are using such a mod, it will still work as normal - via the Character Creator - and you will be able to add the scars provided by this mod in addition to a face scar chosen in the Character Creator.
All scars except for the broken nose have two texture options: "Light" and "Dark". The player face scars have materials set up to make scars somewhat darker/more saturated so as to show up better on darker skintones, but the character creator actually does not use these materials - it only references the "regular" (light) scar materials regardless of the skintone you pick. I don't know if there's a ton of visual difference between the two, but I've made both available regardless.
Each face scar option's texture package is independent of the others, so if you are using multiple face scars, you need to have one of the texture .archive files for each scar that you are using. Added to this, only one scar can be loaded per "slot", so please choose differently numbered slot files when using multiple scars at once.
For the Subtle Bullet Scar, choose a base file for Scar 4 and one of the texture files named "SoriyumiBulletScar".
Base archives are named as follows: JSILVERHVND_MoreScars_[FV or MV]_[SCAR NAME]_[SLOT ##].archive
Thus, "JSILVERHVND_MoreScars_MV_FaceScar8_Slot07.archive" will load Scar 8 using Slot 07 of the Morphtarget and AnimRig Additions framework, for Masc V.
Texture archives are named as follows: JSILVERHVND_MoreScars_[FV or MV]_[SCAR NAME]_[TEXTURE OPTION].archive
Thus, "JSILVERHVND_MoreScars_FV_FaceScar2_Dark.archive" will utilize the dark textures for Scar 2 for Fem V.
