Reduces the Technical Ability Attribute requirement to unlock the Grease Monkey and Edgerunner Artisan perks for Epic/Legendary crafting
Grease Monkey (Epic Items) now requires 9 in Tech (formerly 12), and Edgerunner Artisan (Legendary Items) now requires 12 in Tech (formerly 18)
Well, I can do what I want, can't I? So, the reason I made this, is because i like collecting things throughout the game, such as the unique crafting specs for some iconic items. However, if you want one of these weapons and hang it on the wall, or to just use it, you would usually need a rather high investment in the Tech Attribute. I don't like being shoehorned into spending so many points in that attribute on characters i would otherwise not build/play for tech related skills. So I eventually made this to change it. please don't get mad at me if this breaks your game.. i will be sad
Issues
So, due to the slightly hacky nature of how I have done this, the Edgerunner Artisan and Grease Monkey perks will have swapped locations in the UI. But it works fine (i think). I would fix it if I knew how, but to my understanding this would require more knowledge about UI things and knowing how to code that stuff. I don't.
To install:
Open the 7z file you downloaded. If you don't have software for this, i would recommend 7Zip File Manager which is free of charge Extract the contents into your \Cyberpunk 2077\ Folder. To uninstall the mod, delete the provided .yaml file from \Cyberpunk 2077\r6\tweaks\ This technically uses the RedMod format? So if you want, you can manage this using WolvenKit. There is no archive for this though, so besides WolvenKit you (probably) still need to manually remove the yaml tweak file unless using something like vortex
Default game location for steam is C:\Program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\
The only reason I, or we, have gotten to this point, is due to the help, teaching, and incredible kindness of the cyberpunk modding community, and especially these people have contributed a huge lot to my understanding of all these things realted to body textures, morphs etc. So really, I just want to say thanks you very very much.
