Redscript is required for this mod to work.
Extract the r6 folder to the root of your game, after extracting you should find BypassDialogueSkillChecks.reds in Cyberpunk 2077\r6\scripts
Usage
No additional configuration is needed, after extracting the file you should find all dialogue skill checks are available, it will still show your current level / level required.
