Replaces several exterior locations that had hostile NPCs with guards to better fit dialogue on how the Order has several outposts in the wilderness.

Replaces several exterior locations that had hostile NPCs with guards.
Locations affected (Region):

Cliff Camp (Western Cliff)
Cliffwatch (Heartland)
Raider Camp -> renamed to Ranger Camp (Frostcliff Mountains)
Unmarked camp by the border between the Dark Valley and Northern Heartland
In addition, there's a travelling arcanist in the unmarked camp that sells some items, but doesn't have much.

INSTALLATION:

Place the esp file in the Enderal data folder and enable it in the Enderal launcher.
UNINSTALL:

Check it off in the Enderal launcher and delete it from the Enderal Data folder.
