This mod alters the way death physics work in the game. NPCs and Creatures now crumple to the ground realistically rather than the default of being knocked back, often times with unrealistically great force.

You never know what's going to start bothering you after your 300th or 400th hour of playing Fallout 3. In my case, there were several things that bothered me, none of which were easily available as mods. So, I've begun creating them. After my Bloodless Mess and No Goo/Disintegration mods, I decided to try my hand at the physics.
Just as the unrealistic full body explosions from the Bloody Mess perk eventually started to annoy me, so too did the death physics. The whole "for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction" seemed to go right out the window in many cases, with raiders and Enclave soldiers being knocked around with wild abandon by bullets that, in reality, have very little impact force.
When a real person is shot in the head, do they fly backwards 20 feet, or do they simply crumple to the ground? 99% of the time, it is the latter, and with this mod, that will now be the case when you kill someone in Fallout 3.
To install, simply extract the "Realistic Death Physics.esp" to your Data folder and activate it using the Fallout Mod Manager or Fallout Launcher.
This mod is compatible with all other mods as long as they don't edit the base physics of the game (in my experience, very few do).
Since screenshots wouldn't really do it justice, I've uploaded a video of the mod in action.
