    Removed all Cell/Worldspace records that break original precombined data
    Removed unintended records and incidentally modified vanilla objects
    Carried over fixed records from the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch
    Checked and fixed UDR/ITM/Invalid records with FO4Edit
    Resaved the plugin with Creation Kit (+ CK Fixes)
