My Red Rocket
This is a 60+ hour project that takes Red Rocket and turns it into a wonderful little community. A totally awesome 12 space Power Armor Garage, 3 shops with dedicated and intricately decorated interiors, full greenhouse, barracks, workshop and armory. The original building acts as player home with key coded doors preventing annoying NPCs from infesting your personal space. The character in this save is level 20 (with 3 levels saved) and I have gone to great lengths to stay away from all companions, locations and quests. The only locations I have discovered are the building containing the Picket Fences magazines needed to finish building my masterpiece. Seriously I went out of my way in a major way to not accidentally discover a bunch of random locations and clutter the map. This save file uses a ton of mods, however the vast majority of them are Settlement Keywords (SK) add-ons and are purely cosmetic. One of the files is no longer hosted on the Nexus however a link has been provided.
BTW it has come to my attention that you can use "Cell Ripper" to get this settlement into existing games! Link is Below...
