Think that Sanctuary is big enouhg, but those corners and niches to the northwest are still annoying ?
This mod lets you straighten out the northern part.

Like said in the short description and as shown on the Images: this mod is not doing something special, it just gives you the opportunity to straigten the northern part for those players, that are annoyed by the shape of the zone, since it is making the placement of walls unnecessary uncomfortable.
Before somebody will ask: you can go a little bit more to the river, to include the large tree, but I spared the last bit to the river on purpose.
There is another "bonus", that will let you scrap a certain bush to the west, that was also interfering with building nice walls ;-)
Attention: It seems like that Bugthesda has made some undocumented changes to some of the settlements with update 1.6.x, so that the changes, I am providing with this mod, might not be active or resulting in smaller zones.
The changes are, that they turned the settlement into a cell of it's own AND relocated the center, being able to cope better with the events surrounding this settlement - the downside is, that it will take a lot of time to fix this and that I actually don't have enough time.
Thanks to bill8872 , I can provide you with a solution for the "shrunken build area"-issue.
Like he was stating in the bugs section: open the console and type in "resetquest patch_1_6" , without the quotes, and you should be able to use the whole area again - I have tested it with Jamaica Plains and my expansion was back in full effect !
In case that this won't work, cause the console is showing that the "reset" command is not recognized by the game, instead just use "quest patch_1_6", or "patch_1_6" without the quotes.
Also: if you want to use a version, different to that included in the aio, you have to place that version after the aio in the load order - also, you have to enter workshop mode at least once !
