This is a small mod I came up with while working on a separate project. It allows vertibirds to be called via signal flare (or whatever mod you may use that calls vertibirds using the vanilla quest structure) within other worldspaces.

Note that not all locations are perfect for vertibirds so it may seem odd the way it behaves (ex: Far Harbor) but it definitely works well enough to be worth using IMO.
