DESCRIPTION:
Overhaul of the Abernathy Farm according to how it was envisioned in the concept art book ''Art of Fallout 4'' wich I like so much, don't expect big changes, it's as simple as it is, and I like it that way.
As far as I've tested it's functional, not fancy (because wasteland ain't it so) and npc's don't have problems walking all over the place even in my previously saved game, but to mention that in my save I did not built anything on that settlement so I don't know how your game will react if you have built already
Why this mod? Simple, I don't want to rebuild my settlements everytime I start a new game.
Check at the screenshots and you'll notice the changes much better than if I wrote them here.
