(1) Sometimes you character will be stuck in the one place whilst saying something. A vanilla game issue that I cannot correct without directly editing the voice file! (2) There is a short delay between the player looking at who is talking to them and the response which leads to player turning there head away and then back to respond. Again there is not much I can do about this as I can only call my script to process the scenes on the Dialogue Topic Begin and Dialogue Topic End events so a delay and turning of the head is inevitable! A small price to pay for what this mod brings perhaps! (3) On rare occasions there may be a double hello when initialising dialogue with an NPC leading to you having to try the dialogue initialisation again. I have no idea where this emanates from and hence have no idea how to correct the issue! (4) If you are using the Amazing Follower Tweaks mod then you must have it placed below this mod in your load order or both mods may break. (5) On rare occasions something in the game appears to break the scripting in the mod stopping the commentary and head tracking from working - I have continued to look for the cause of this issue to no avail - to fix this issue if it occurs you will need to toggle the mod off and then back on again with the supplied item or MCM hotkey!
Late reply but Far Harbor's crash in unfortunately guaranteed, but an easy workaround is to just go yourself to Acadia, as the crash is related to Longfellow's dialogue on that quest. That was the only mod related crash I had in FH.
But the game really crashes at this point, most likely there is a conflict with some other mod, but I could only find a connection with this, I will try to find a mod with which it conflicts and tell you if possible UPD: Well, I didn't find anything, the easiest way is to turn off the esp mod file, run through this moment and turn it on again, then the mod works flawlessly, by the way, this is actually a wonderful mod and the only CTD with Longfellow that I met in the whole game
Just want to leave a comment for those who the mod ''stops'' working for out of nowhere. The fix that worked for me is to simply initiate a dialogue scene (where the camera shifts between talking characters). Things should be back to normal after that.
So i got the issue that the mod stops working right when completing the unlikely valentine quest, precisely when leaving the parkstreet station and having that final talk with nick where he tells you to meet in his office. Reinstalling, dis- and reenableing the mod doesnt fix the issue, any help?
welp, i found a way around this issue and progress the main story without breaking your mod. i just wanted to say i was really desperate because this is literally the best mod for fallout 4 and i cant play without it. thank you so much for making it and sorry for adding to the long list of annoying bug reports.
Adding my comment here to go over the issues I have encountered with this mod:
Cut scenes such as meeting Piper outside of the DC gate have only ever triggered properly for me when I set all of the head-tracking settings to 0. Without doing this and approaching her and interacting, the dialogue scene will start but then become interrupted in the sense the camera on her will break and return to the PC cam, (I have only tested this in 3rd person, and I am unsure how it behaves in 1st).
If possible, can a global settings option be added to disable head-tracking?
Characters will often refuse to turn to face the PC in dialogue until the PC gets a chance to select a dialogue option at which the NPC will finally turn to face towards the PC. The example I am referring to in this instance can be seen when the PC returns to Cambridge Police Station after assisting Paladin Danse at Arcjet Systems and he addresses Rhys and the PC where normally he would turn to face the PC when speaking to them.
These issues are immediately fixed when head-tracking is entirely disabled, which is a shame because I do love that function of this mod.
I don't even know where to start to respond to your nonsense. If you are worried about a scene not playing correctly how about you use the toggle tool or hotkey. Also, this mod does nothing to stop an NPC turning to face you in a greeting conversation, the only code I have there is to stop player from headtracking or talking during that conversation.
I've just installed this on a new play through, but the settings keep resetting themselves. It happens randomly - sometimes when I fast travel, but every time I load up the game. I keep turning off loot commentary and tone down the combat but the settings just go back to default. Any suggestions please?
If you changed the file or folder names by switching to lower case or capitalizing then that would prevent the mcm from saving settings. make sure you use the default upper/lower case.
my game is on spanish (also subtitles) but when i install this mod, suddenly all of the subtitles are in english, but the voices still on spanish, how do i fix this?, i want the subtitles on spanish :C
This mod worked fine for a few hours in my new game, then completely stopped working. Disabling it / Re-enabling it from the supplied item doesn't do anything.
I can't talk with Trudy after siding with her and killing Wolfgang to finish the quest. She says her usual greeting line like "Shop's open." I have tested using just this mod and mod configuration. Not sure what is causing this issue.

Also, incredibly fun mod!
