About this mod
This is a vanilla build of Sanctuary Hills to be an easily defensible base. Only Transfer Settlements required. No DLC required. Now updated for Transfer Settlements 1.48

I chose this location because not matter where you build in Sanctuary Hills Carla (Trader) keeps coming here and the hammer animations will always bring your settlers back. They look kind of stupid hammering thin air. :)
You may want to use Spring Cleaning, or a similar mod, to remove the usual rubbish.
Unfortunately a mod of some description is needed to remove the roofs of both buildings... or you can let it clip through the roofs... up to you... :)
Remove the houses surrounding the Sole Survivor's house and the house across the road.
I spent many hours removing all but the two houses I used to allow for clear lines of fire when defending.
Also I would recommend that you remove the roofs and scrap all furniture and rubble in both the Sole Survivor's and the house across the road. Leave the bathrooms intact. (See last screen cap)
I do recommend that if you use this blueprint that you scrap every chair and bed in the remaining houses or you will never be able to find your settlers. ;)
Installation
The folder needs to be extracted and placed in your 'Transfer Settlements' folder.
/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Fallout4/Data/F4SE/plugins/TransferSettlements/blueprints/
