As many may know, in the game almost all creatures have damage modifiers in all limbs and a torso = 1x, and a damage modifier to the head = 2x. This is relatively well played at the beginning of the game, when player or his opponents do not have enough powerful armor or a lot of XP, and the weapon leaves much to be desired. Closer to 40 levels, trash begins, when a normal raider can be killed only with 2-4 headshot 308 caliber (depends on the your abbilities, but still). This small mode modifies (mostly increases) the damage modifiers in different parts of the human body and many creatures, which leads to a fairly strong change in the gameplay.
List of modifier changes
Humans (including player): head - 5х; torso - 2х; legs - 1,5х.
Ghouls: head - 2,5х; torso - 1,5х.
Supermutants: head - 3х; torso - 1,5х; legs - 1,25х.
Synths: head - 3х; torso - 1,75х.
Animals (mostly): head - 3х; torso - 1,5х.
Insects: head - 2х; torso- 1,5х; wings - 0,7х.
Robots: torso - 1,5х.
Deathclaws: head 2 -> 1,5; torso 0,33 -> 0,5.
Unchanged - robots guards, power armor, unique creatures from all DLC.
