Rebuilt Croup Manor
This is my first file upload... ever. Like the title suggests, it's a rebuilt Croup Manor Blueprint. I made it look like a family home, with a room for the parents and one child. It also includes a two-floor work station complete with shelves, work benches, power armor station and display racks. The second floor constains some display racks as well but feel free to do whatever you want with it.
Mods Required
The Plug-ins are in the picture, but the list isn't complete. I'll list every mod I have related to settlement building and you choose which ones you want, or need. It's easier for everyone this way. If you need more information on the plug-ins, you can open the JSON file with Microsoft Word and see for yourself.
Transfer Settlements (Obviously)
Build your own pool (I don't have a pool, just a shower)
Ceramic Bathroom Fixtures (Default, Standalone option)
Craftable Balcony Supports (probably unecessary for this blueprint but don't take chances)
Dino's Decorations
Do it Yourshelf
Just Some Rugs (Without table clothes)
Ms. Rae's Wasteland Curtains (I didn't use them but feel free to)
No More Floating Razorgrain (I have only mutfruit but if you have to plant Razorgrain, it's recommended)

Settler's Furniture (for the dish washing sink near the cooking stove)
Videos of the Wasteland (and any patch you might need)
Workshop Junk Grinder (Useful if you want to set supply lines)
Super Famous Art (Replaces the vanilla paintings with famous ones)
New Infinite Settlement Budget Plug-in (Highly recommended, should you want to modify anything)
