About this mod
This mod was created for anyone that wants to make new creations, textures,for use in full mods of your own without having to worry about the creator of one asset being able to dictate what you can do with your mod if you use said asset and it's for those that just want some extra carrying capacity.

**This mod was only possible because DWooT took the time to teach me how to use Outfit Studio. I also have to give special thanks to both Kinggath and Tarshana. I hope everyone enjoys this shoulder bag and uses it in many new creations.**
**ANY texture file created for use on the vanilla asset Postman's shoulder bag should be perfectly able to be used with this mod. Since the assets were both edited to get the same end result using different methods... mine being the better method... that means all textures that would work on one should be interchangeable on another. If you make a texture file for this mod and want to use it on other shoulder bags you have my blessing.**
**Do not EVER offer me donations for any mod that I create. I am not financially motivated and see no reason to monetize something that I create as fun for everyone to enjoy. **
**There is absolutely no chance that this stand alone mod will in any way break your save game, give you a virus, buy you a pizza, steal your girlfriend or anything else an irrational fear monger might feel the need to threaten you with.**
**This mod should be compatible with everything as I am using vanilla assets that I have copied and then modified so this is completely stand alone. **
**There is nothing special about the shoulder bag mods folks. Its simply the mesh bag on the Postman's Uniform which is a vanilla asset you all have access to. It is NOT custom made content. I am happy to teach or at least offer guidance to anyone who wants to learn to do a similar mod to this one.**

Upload it, download it, send it to consoles, include it in your personal mods, use it with other mods, print it out and make paper airplanes with it... what ever you want to do... have fun... crediting me is optional and appreciated but not required.**
Its a shoulder bag... not sure how long a description it needs :) This mod was completely built by me using Outfit Studio, FO4Edit and CK. I give my full and total permission for anyone to use this however they wish.
I spent my day working to create my own shoulder bag mod. You can download the files and verify how it was created. I was taught how to use Outfit Studio and its masking brush to get rid of everything I didn't want from the vanilla Postal Carrier's Uniform file. I then exported my new .nif's to my desktop. After doing that I opened up FO4Edit and found the vanilla postal carrier clothes/armor and copied as a new record into my new.esp. I then created the construct-able object file and the armor addon file. Once those were all created I uploaded it to my game... and realized I was invisible from the neck down... I forgot to change the toggles on what parts of the body it covered. I relaunched CK and fixed that.
.. and now I have a finished product free for anyone, anywhere to use however they please. Upload it to consoles, use it in your own mods, share it with your friends... I don't care.
