STAT/PERK requirements for all vanilla and DLC weapons

Install:
Go somewhere safe first, and unequip all of your weapons then create a NEW save and install the mod.
Uninstall:
Do it at your own risk.
Compatibility:
Should be compatible with all mods.
Normal Edition:
Requirements for ALL vanilla and DLC weapons, not meeting the SPECIAL and PERK requirements will prevent you from equipping weapons.
NO LONGER UPDATED BECAUSE I LIKE THE NEW VEGAS VERISON MORE (SORRY!)
New Vegas Edition:
All vanilla and dlc weapons have only one requirement STRENGTH, if you do not meet the requirements you can still equip the weapon but will suffer various penalties which include: reduced accuracy, slower movement speed, VATS aim penalty, reduced melee damage and attack speed.
Weapon Requirements (NORMAL EDITION)
Ranged Weapons:
Heavy Guns:8 STR, Heavy Gunner PERK, or Power Armor
[Minigun, Missile Launcher, Fatman, Flamer, Cryo, etc.]
Rifles: 4 STR, 3 PER, Rifleman Perk
[Assault Rifle, Combat Rifle, Radium Rifle, HandMade Gun, LeverGun, Railway, Submachine Gun, Gauss]
Shotguns: 6 STR, Rifleman Perk
[Double Barrel Shotgun, Combat Shotgun]
Sniper: 8 PER, Sniper Perk
[Hunting Rifle]
Semi-Auto Pistols: 3 AGI, 3 STR, Gun Slinger Perk
[10mm Pistol, Deliverer]
Magnum Revolvers: 5 AGI, 5 STR, Gun Slinger Perk
[.44, Western Revolver]
Low Int Weapons: 4 Int, Science Perk
[Institute Laser, Laser Musket, Laser Rifle/Pistol, GammaGun, Syringer, Acid Soaker]
High Int Weapons: 6 Int, Science Perk
[Alien Blaster, Plasma Weapons, others]
Melee Weapons: (I hate melee so this might be kind of lackluster...)
Heavy Melee:8 STR
[Supersledge, PowerFist, Grognak Axe ]
Medium Melee: 4 STR
Stuff like the shishkebab, buzzblade, sledgehammers, unarmed weapons
Low Melee: 2 STR
All low tier stuff like bladed weapons, boards, rolling pin
Bugs:
No known bugs, if you find any then let me know.

Q: Will I upload patches for <xyz> weapon mod?
A: No, it's very simple to create your own patch read the article I wrote. This works for both versions the only difference is that the formlists will be named differently.
