UPDATED FOR HORIZON 1.8 +

-Awkcr and AE are not needed as the patch gets rid of the need for these (THANKS TO GOPTHREE!!!!)
-Everything can be crafted in the TECH LAB.
-The main "alternate" version has the crimson catalog. Craft the catalog to have the menus appear. Drop or destroy it to have the menus go away. (You will need to exit the tech lab and go back in to have the crafting menus appear)
-The optional file has the menus always showing in the Tech Lab.

This is a patch to allow Horizon and Crimsomrider's Accessories to play nicely together.

Ive been looking for a while to add some alternatives for armor, this mod was a great place to start. This mod adds a TON of content, so if anything seems off let me know, but its hard for me to test everything thoroughly.
I changed a lot of the slots to play better with horizon and to not interfere with other items, like masks.

A lot of things wont seem “realistic”. How does a holster give you carry weight? I dont know. It doesnt matter to me, i just want fun alternatives.

Arm/Leg and Chest(bandolier) pieces:

-They have both cosmetic and carry weight versions.

-Cosmetic versions can be worn with armor, so use the hide armor slot in the armorsmith workbench and you can get the benefits of your armor piece and the looks of the item you want to wear.

-Your other option is to craft a carry weight version of a particular piece. This REPLACES a particular armor piece, but gives you the same carry weight as a backpack, and is upgradable the same as a backpack in the armorsmith workbench.

-Chest(bandolier) items give you TWO extra carry weight slots to upgrade.

...so basically, you can get a TON of extra carry weight, but you loose all the benefits of wearing armor in that particular slot. I hope this gives a bit of strategy when gearing up your character!

Back(pack) pieces:

-They have both carry weight and defensive versions.

-Backpack versions are...backpacks of course.

-The alternate version for the upper backpack gives you NO carry weight, but gives you some physical resistance a chest utility slot and you can choose a resistance to upgrade at the armorsmith workbench.

-The alternate version for the lower backpack gives you NO carry weight, but gives you some physical resistance, 2 limb utility slots and you can choose a resistance to upgrade at the armorsmith workbench.

...so basically, you can get some extra defenses, but you loose all the carry weight of wearing a backpack in that particular slot. Again, I hope this gives a bit of strategy when gearing up your character!

Other items:

There's a lot of other goodies this mod adds, some of them are just cosmetic. A few have two versions....one cosmetic and a one that adds a little bit of defense at the cost of weight. There's too much to list everything here, but most are pretty self explanatory.

How to aquire:

Everything is craftable in the chem lab and is sorted into various categories depending on item type. To get the menus to show up you need to craft the Crimson Catalog in the utility section of the chem lab. Scrapping/storing/dropping the catalog will remove all the menus, so they will only show up when you need them.
Crafting most items is basically like crafting a backpack, as far as resources and requirements go.
