What many people don't know about Pilgrim, however, is that it's 3 components in 2 files. The first is Pilgrim ENB, which doesn't conflict with Frost at all, and can be used on any save file to make the game look washed out and grey. Then there's a music/weather mod, installed through NMM, which kicks off music specific to the weather that's happening. The weather and music are intricately linked. This weather system is not compatible with Frost, without a patch.
Luckily, I made a patch! It modifies Pilgrim's weather to deliver the appropriate radiation damage suitable to Frost's nuclear-winter setting, and leaves Pilgrim's excellent weather-based soundtrack intact. If you are a fan of Frost, and have not tried Pilgrim ENB and weather, the two compliment each other perfectly.

PLEASE NOTE: Pilgrim ENB works best with version 307 of the ENB binaries. The newest version can cause brown flickering.
A big thanks to Naugrim04 for Frost, and TreyM and L00ping for Pilgrim and their other ENBs.
