- Added another water pump.

I make alot of new games, and I got tired of building the same seed settlement at the start each time. So, I turned this one into a blueprint. Just thought I would share. Basically, some Legendary Vendors require that you have at least 30 settlers. Otherwise, you can't recruit them. They may even want an unclaimed bed at the settlement, hence the extra beds. So you need at least one settlement, and this one is built to accommodate that. Can't tell you how many times I ran into Smiling Larry prematurely...

Contains a Tier 3 Weapons, Armor, Bar, Doctor, and Junk shop. There's multiple of every workbench, except the Power Armor station. 120 food, 36 water, 60 power, 36 beds, 148 defense Crops are tatos, corn and mutfruit. For all your adhesive needs.
[ ABOUT THE MODS USED ] Switchbox Generator :: Required, two located in the garage. Snap Beds :: Required, unless you want to slap a bunch of sleeping bags down yourself. InstaBell :: Optional, just convenient. Auto Doors :: Optional, makes doors close. AWKCR :: Optional, just two workbenches placed.
[ NOTES ] The settlers like to cram in around the Bar, which can make the AWKCR workbenches and whatnot in the back section unreachable. But, the InstaBell should help with that.
