this mod add backpack to almost every NPC in game
How to install
1. Download and install
Wearable Backpacks and Pouches - After install change "AnS Wearable Backpacks and Pouches.esp" to "AnS Wearable Backpacks and Pouches.esm"
Wearable Postman Shoulder Bag or Backpack - After install change "EferasShoulderBag.esp" to "EferasShoulderBag.esm"
TeddyBear BacKPack - After install change "TeddyBearBackPack.esp" to "TeddyBearBackPack.esm"
2. install "Npc Backpack.esp" (just use nexus download manager or put it into your Fallout 4 data folder)
3. your load order should LOOL LIKE this picture
4. you are good to go
READ HERE if you dont see any NPC wearing Backpack
you has to wait thoese NPC to respawn or just using thos MOD from new game start
