Recolors the "Minutemen" T45 painting to match with the blue Minutemen flag.

This mod is a small and simple retexture to make the T45 "Minuteman" paint match with their blue flag, instead of the sad vanilla gray.
Consider it a simple test before the release of MMP4APA.

* V1.01 (final) > The original upload did not satisfy me entirely, so I revamped my textures to add touches of rust. The difference is subtle but ultimately it gives the armor a more natural aspect than the "Smurf" 1.0 version.
