This is a small Nordhagen Settlement Blueprint for about 5 to 6 Settlers. It's for those players, who don't want to build fortresses. It's a realistic and immersive settlement, when you compare it with Fallout 3 Settlements like Republic of Dave, Andale, Girdershade.
There is some content from the CC (Creation Club), but it's mostly decoration. So it's not that problem, when you don't have the CC items. I didn't export the wiring, because every house has its own small generator, and pylons, so you can easily connect them together. I have ticked the option "Export original items", because I moved some original items, so they appear on the right place.
ATTENTION: For the full blueprint, you need Elianora's Decorationpack from the Creation Club and fadingsignals's Slocum Joe mod from the Creation Club.
When you don't have the plugins, Creation Club or even hate CC :o), it's not that important, because it's only some decoration-stuff. Transfer Settlements will ignore the plugins and give you a message at the end of the Blueprint upload.
