Adds all the flags into the settlement build menu.

This mod is simple... It adds all the flags found in the game to the settlement build menu under Decorations/Wall Decorations/Flags. This includes Desktop Flags, Waving Flags and more:
List of flags are as follows:
Faction flags can be made when you have joined the faction in question and the USA flags are there by default. Hope you enjoy!

List of flags are as follows:
- Short Flagpoles and Desktop Flags. These come in Minutemen, BOS, Railroad, USA, USA Prewar, Institute and Institute Clean.
- Tall Flagpoles and Waving Flagpoles. This comes in all the same variants except USA Prewar and Institute Clean.
- USA Prewar Wall Flag.
Faction flags can be made when you have joined the faction in question and the USA flags are there by default. Hope you enjoy!
