diamond city in the wasteland!
A complete and lore friendly city that fits well into thegame world made with the excellent mod Transfer settlement Blueprints. Check
the images for more details.
The city includes:
Concrete walls , turrets and security lights
Real detailed city streets
Many different homes
Sky office and conference room
Generals house
Police station
Armory
Warehouse/workplace
Clinic/hospital
shops- armor/weapons/clothing/general
Restaurant
Hotel and Bar with entertainment (singer)
The blueprint uses only one DLC (Wasteland Workshop) but several mods displayed in the blueprint file in the images.
The city is quite a large import with about 1900 items but it runs smoothly with my machine and 20 settlers.
NOTE: For balance reasons only one shop is currently added. The counters and the decorations are added but the actual shop you need to add on your own. I Recommend using convenient stores wich add a cash register you can use for the actual shop.

Installation
1.Unpack the file into your fallout 4 / data / F4SE / plugins. If you have another settlement file under settlements create another folder to make sure they don´t conflict i.e. if you already have one place this file under 2.
2.Open transfer settlements blueprints and import the file to your game.
