A perfect place to build your floating settlement
Location
Barge just north of spectacle island
Activate Workbench before you add settlers.
To avoid 20 happiness bug ,only use beacon to call at least one settler then
you can send others with no problem.
Supply line can be built to or from WW.
Large area to build in (4 cells)
Fully functional with SimSettlements
Scrap Everything works fine
Workbench
Don't use V to activate the first time always manually activate then everything good to go:)

I had this last ,if you have problems try last.
This is my first Workshop settlement so hopefully it all goes well:)
