Is a face preset and shall dwell in the "Presets" folder found in the end of this route:
steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE
Overwrite if necessary, but I went with a pretty uncommon name, so there should be no issues. Or you can rename the preset file yourself.
