Reduces Weight, and Tweaks Helmet Stats. To make The Mobile Mechanic mod, essential for Survival Mode.

Makes the excellent Mobile Mechanic mod, even better for Survival Mode.
In my opinion, stuff in the original mod, was too heavy for my meagre weight limit in Survival Mode. Also... Workbenches took too long to get the Perk.
So I changed that, now you can get the Perk required, much quicker. All the weights have been radically reduced, allowing you to carry the Workbench and Add-on around with you, wherever you go. Without losing a lot of precious carry-weight...

Stations in-game...
Portable Workbench... Drop to use, Pick up after you are finished.
Portable Power Armor Station... Drop to use, Pick up after you are finished.
Add-Ons in-game...
Armor... Upgrade and swap over mods, as well as scrapping out Armor you find.
Weapons... Fix up your Weapons anywhere, as long you have the stuff in your inventory, as well as swapping over mods,
or scrapping weapons for valuable scrap, such as copper, screws and circuitry.
Scrapping... Drop the Workbench, and reduce your Scrap, Armor and Weapons down to their parts. Saving a lot of weight.
Cooking... Cook where ever and when ever you want, just drop the Workbench down, and get cooking.
Chems... Got the ingredients, but the nearest Chem Bench is a long way away, or outside the Dungeon you are clearing.
No problem, just cook up some Chems, to obliterate your enemies, and heal your wounds.
Power Armor needs repairing... Drop a Mobile Power Armour Repair Station, and if you've got the components or Add-Ons,
then you can get your Power Armor sorted at any time.
