Just my little fix on Croup Manor. I made it for myself, but figured I would share it. TRANSFER SETTLEMENT BLUEPRINT

This is a TRANSFER SETTLEMENT BLUEPRINT. I would suggest that you go in and kill all of the Ghouls first. I did nothing to the Basement, just left it as is. I replaced some walls and floors, and I know that it is not gorgeous or perfect, but ti is much better than it was. I did not do much decorating, as I figured I would leave that up to each individual. I hope you like it. Keep in mind that I am still new at this stuff! Thank You!
