Now contains a master (MAST) record, as it would otherwise get deactivated by Fallout 4 when loading a game. (This means that older versions of the dummy plugins DO NOT WORK for their intended purpose. Please replace with this one ASAP.)
Only has one plugin now: ESL-flagged .esp file. The extension can be changed to .esl if you wish to load it in the "ESM block" of the load order.
These are simply empty plugin files which you can copy and rename and drop into your load order to help with loading archive files. E.g., if you have a "My Custom Collection.ba2" file, you need to either edit INI files to get the game to load it… or use a "My Custom Collection.esp" (or .esl or .esm) plugin to load it. Using a plugin has a number of benefits in my eyes: you don't have to keep track of multiple archives in your INI files, whether you rename them or stop using them or add new ones, and with the introduction of the ESL format, adding new (ESL) plugins to the load order does not (significantly, for most sane people) count towards your plugin limit.
(I tried to search Nexus and it seems like no one else has made these readily available. Sorry if one already exists and I missed it!)
