JT's Simple Settlements: Sanctuary Treehouse
If you like functional and "lived in" settlements, but don't want to download dozens of settlement mods, this is the blueprint for you. Coming in at 15 required plugins, I present my second in a series of Simple Settlement Blueprints.
Features:
Winding up the well lit street of Sanctuary, reaching the end of the cul de sac, you find a massive tree. Having survived the bombs, it's strength gives you hope for what is yet to come. Here you make your nest.
Guests will be greeted upon entry by a small lounge area. Toward the rear you'll have a game room for you and your companions to unwind. To the left, is a your showcase of armors, weapons, and magazines. Past that is sleeping accommodations for your and your partner, plus additional storage, terminal, and barbershop chair.
Upstairs you'll find a conference room, ready for you to meet with your Lieutenants as you plan to save (or conquer) the Commonwealth. Then heading out to the rooftop crafting area featuring the most popular crafting workbenches and plenty of organized storage.

Installation / Uninstall:
If you're here, you probably know how to do this. But since everybody else includes it:
Nexus Mod Manager - Click "Download (NMM)" and let it do it's thing!Manual Install - Unpack the Zip file to the .../Fallout 4/Data/* Folder; likewise remove it to uninstall
