About this mod

Make MacCready look more like the age his description says he is.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
This was just a personal mod I kept to myself since I often start new games for the most arbitrary reasons...so if you prefer MacCready's default facial canvas but are bothered by the fact he looks older than 22—as I am—than please help yourself to this edit.

The changes are almost unidentifiable. I shortened and flattened his unusually long and sharp chin a bit to round off his face more and shaved off the years The Dashing Rogue goatee provided in favor of light scruff. I also changed his haircut to one that I felt was more flattering on his face—which is basically the same haircut as the default Rebel haircut but with some stray hair hanging at the sides.

Update 1.1 - I just found out that for some dumb reason Weathered skin=Smooth skin and Smooth skin=Weathered on my SLM. So anyway I changed his skin to "weathered" so that it all looks "smooth" and youthful. I also then added a bit'o fat to his cheeks. I played around with his upper and lower jowls but I can't notice anything.

In my own game I also prefer MacCready to have a little more muscle mass since his S.P.E.C.I.A.L.s seem to depict a character with more bulk rather than a thin one and I've translated that in this mod.

Should you wish to add or remove muscle mass and/or weight you need only to:
1) Make sure you are standing about 3 feet (give or take) directly in front of MacCready in first person view
2) Open the command console and type in: slm 0002a8a7 (you may simply copy the command with ctrl+C and paste in the console with ctrl+v)
The ShowLooksMenu HUD should present itself and you'll be allowed to customize MacCready however you wish—even his face—but you shouldn't do that. I have not seen for myself the consequences—if any—of modifying a face with a mod for it installed. I will assume this mod would just override it. If nothing happens and you're able to keep the changes you've made then great! Just do so at your own discretion.

Required Mods:
Lots More Hairstyles (My mod uses a hairstyle from this mod.)

DLC Requirements:
I edited MacCready while I had all available DLC installed. But the only master files used were the base game and rbddc12's Lots More Male Hairstyles. What might be different for those of you with only the base game is MacCready's form/ref ID. In this case, if you'd like to change his body mass be sure to open up the command console and click on MacCready's head to see if his Ref ID is still "0002a8a7". If it is not just use the one you see displayed on your command console.

Recommended Mods:
Hide Helmets (be sure to download and install the optional, "Hide Hats" file. The mod author made sure to avoid hiding unique NPC's hats such as MacCready's and Piper's. I use this mod because I like him without the hat and equipped an invisible militia hat instead for the modded defense bonuses.)
Eli's Armour Compendium (For the unique Merc Outfit you see in the After picture made for him)
Immersive Mouth and Teeth (To make them look better when they talk.)
