About this mod
This is my Hangman's Alley build. Not a populated settlement, just nice solo base with everything you need, in the most convenient location in the game. Including secret security door, armory, and all crafting stations.

Be sure to clear the whole settlement before installing this. You can use the Transfer Settlement nuke option, or the scrapall console command.
