A "Lore Friendly" take on the Coastal Cottage settlement.

This is my take on a lore friendly Coastal Cottage, what I view as what a settlement would realistically look like in this universe. It includes a bar, weapon & armor store, chem store, and barber. The settlement will support 20 settlers given the available resources.
In my save game I use the mod The Coastal Cottage Bunker Player Home which replaces the cave. I built a staircase leading underneath the home that leads to the bunker entrance. It is completely optional but suggested.
05/28/19 - The blueprint has been updated for a version that requires far less mods than the previous one. The settlement still looks the same, with a few cosmetic changes I'd say for the better.
