About this mod
This mod is aimed at all people who like the faction of the Institute. I have established a base of operations on Spectacle Island. It's my first mod, if you like give me your like.

The Institute is an advanced scientific organization based in the Commonwealth. Now that you have access to the institute's technology, you
decide that it is necessary to have a base of operation abroad, so you have established a base on an island.
The second version is similar to the first with the difference that it unifies everything in just one building. PD: It is bigger (4000+).
It has six floors and it is distributed as follows:
First floor: Main Entrance - Security - Waiting room - Shops (Armor / Weapon / Trader / Cloth) - Entrance to Medbay - Entrance to Living Quarters. Entrance to Robotics and SRB.
Second floor: Gym, Barber, dining room and bar.
Third floor: Conference roon. Entrance to AS and Bioscience.
Fourth floor: Display. Lots of space for armor, weapons and PA.
Fifth floor: Executive Suits. Private Medbay
Sixth floor: AS Craf Station
