Replaces the Level Up and Location Discovery Sounds with new

Meant to feel 'darker' and 'grittier'.

Installation
Install with NMM or Vortex. If installing manually, extract files from "*Mod Name*\Data\Sound\fx\UI" and place them in "Fallout 4/Data\Sound\fx\UI"
Compatibility
Not compatible with anything that replaces the same sound files.
