***One further update, June 12 2023: It was brought to my attention that the steps seemed to be no longer navmeshed since my recent texture fix. On investigation, I found this was true and have fixed the problem. And then I found that my new floors & roofs also were not navmeshed. I don't know why it is now the case that making a simple set of new colours for an item causes it to lose its navmesh, but I have now fixed those also. Please download the new versions of both mods, uploaded today. A huge thank you to DieFeM on the Creation Kit & Modders forum for the quick and easy technique for fixing this!***

June 4 2023 NEW CONTENT ADDED: Having recently come back to playing Fallout 4, I've now added more pieces to this upload to fulfill a few requests I've had for them since I last played, and for my own new game as well! The new pieces consist of more wall shapes plus some floors and roofs. See the added info and pics below for details. The new files are in both .esp and .esl formats, whichever you prefer. Hope you'll find them useful.

***UPDATE MAY 30 2023: It's been brought to my attention that one of the sets of steps, the wood panel effect one, has at some point since I made these, acquired a texture flaw in which the top few steps display as partly white. This seems likely due to some patch making a change to the way concrete steps are UVmapped. Please download the new fixed steps V2.  All the other stairs, and walls, still work fine.***

Hi, I make colourful/quirky stuff.  If you also play The Sims games, you might know me as Esmeralda from Mod The Sims.

CONCRETE WALLS IN TWELVE RECOLOURS/TEXTURES

* * *
UPDATE, 13 December 2018:
I just discovered something by sheer accident in-game that I hadn't realised before: you can snap wooden or metal walls to the fronts or backs of concrete walls. So that way, with this mod you can have walls that are patterned on one side and wood or metal on the other.
* * *

Here's a set of recolours of the concrete walls.  The set consists of the large square wall, the doorway, and the windowed wall.  They appear in the workshop catalogue along with the default concrete walls, and use the same amount of concrete as the defaults do.

I removed the normals map from all of these recolours so that they don't have the default rivetted effect and instead look more like regular walls.

The recolours comprise of:

1) Six cheerful 'wallpapers' adapted from Mid-Century Modern fabrics and with various somewhat faded/distressed looks, 2) two wood panelling effects in slats and burled wood,

And 3) four solid colours, in pink, white,  cream, and pale blue.  I gave those a plaster-style finish.

As the patterned walls are pretty garish, they look best used as a 'feature wall' in a room otherwise made up of one of the solid walls (or another solid wall mod of your choosing), otherwise the effect is pretty overwhelming!

NOTE: The solid square walls come in all the patterns and solid colours, but the doorways and windowed walls come in solid colours and wood slats
only. I felt that the patterned effect would look weird on those pieces and that it's best to just keep those solid or wood-panelled.

CONCRETE STEPS IN SEVEN RECOLOURS/TEXTURES

These come in the four solid colours, the two wood textures, and the Pink Atomic pattern from the above set.  They are found in the concrete stairs section and use the same amount of concrete to craft as the defaults.

***NEW CONTENT JUNE 4 2023:***

New wall shapes: Narrow walls, pillars, and curved walls in both full width and narrow. These use the same colours and wood patterns as my original walls.

And a few floors and roofs, which come in the original four solid colours (white, pink, pale blue, cream) plus some new wood textures as my original burled wood and paneled wood don't suit these pieces. The new wood textures are Walnut (a painted look), Wood Grain, and Wood Grain Dark for the floors, and just the painted Walnut for the roofs, as the grained wood textures don't map well onto the roofs.

Like my previous concrete pieces, these are constructed the usual way at the workbench using the usual materials.

The recolours are all material swaps, not replacements of the original default textures.

Thanks for looking, hope you'll find these a useful bit of colourful variety.
