A patch to make Gas Masks of the Wasteland work smoothly with Horizon

This mod makes a few changes to Fallout 2287 - Gas Masks of the Wasteland by D1v1ne122 in order to integrate it with Horizon by zawinul.
If you want tips for how to use these two together, check out this article on the Horizon wiki.
NOTE: You probably want to play with the optional GMOW Hard Core Drop Rate plugin from Gas Masks, or you'll be drowning in filters. However, when you select that box in the FOMOD installer, at least in MO2, the plugin is not actually added. You have to manually extract it and put it in the Gas Masks folder.

- Changes the gas masks added by 2287 to use Horizon's balance and mechanics (they all have the same stats as the base Gas Mask)
- Adds DEF_UI tags to all new items
- Changes the dirty filters from a junk item to a misc. tool so you won't use them accidentally

- Automatically integrate all Horizon gas masks (you can already add them manually through the Gas Masks holotape)
