Adds glass panel snap points to G2M version of ConcreteWall01C.

This is a simple mesh replacement for G2M Workshop's concrete wall with three-panel window. g2mXagent added proper glass windows to pretty much all walls except this one. Maximluppov's Glazing covers that but normally it does not work with G2M Workshop, regardless of the load order, since G2M alters the DLC's own records while Glazing does not. The cleanest and most efficient way to fix it was to forget about making .esp patches and add proper snap points to the G2M mesh, while retaining all the extra points made by g2mXagent. Window panels will snap to the wall found in vanilla concrete category as well as the wall in G2M Workshop's own menu. Whatever you find more convenient.
The altered mesh is fully compatible with all texture/material replacers like Cleaner Concrete (WWE) and any potential conflicts with other settlement mods come from G2M Workshop itself. It does not need to be updated when the authors update the parent mods, unless maximluppov dramatically changes the way his window system works. The mesh should also work fine with full WWE.
