%&*%#$%! Dammit Beth every time you update my game the starting movies sneak back in somehow. I got fed up and replaced the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. movies with blank bik files. Now I don't have to fiddle with .ini settings etc anymore.

To use - download and extract the files into your data folder. If they come back (oh yes they will come back - like a bad case of water posioning, like a festering hive of radroaches, like a feral ghouls stench... well anyway you get the point) - if they come back just throw the blank files back in and overwrite them.
DOES NOT overwrite the main menu movie, etc. Only the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. movies for Charisma, Agility and so on.
PS - yep I know they can be deactivated through the .ini but for some reason certain movies continued to occasionally play and each time my game got updated they snuck back in so I decided to just cut em off at the knees Grognak style.
