Festive Version of my original Home Plate Blueprint

Hope it's not too early for such upload.
I prepared a special, festive version of my original Amber Apartment,
wich is a total overhaul of Diamond City's Home Plate.
Welcome to Christmas Apartment!
Before importing, use Scrap Everything to strip this location to it's bare walls. Leave only all Three Exit
Doors, Workbench and Main Power Source. You can also leave Metal Exit
Door Frames. After import process completes, use Extra Object Selection from Place Everywhere (Ins on keyboard) to manually relocate workbench to it's new place (I didn'tdo that cause they doubled during trial importing).
About the floating grey spheres all over the location - These are invisible light sources from SOE Pack, but somehow they stay visible after importing or first entering the location when reloading a save. They will disappear after Entering / Exiting workshop mode.
